Need official transcripts from closed school

Argosy university, Phoenix campus closed. I need new certification and don’t have access to transcripts to give to DOE. Phone does not work to care team!

With held Military Stipends

I was to receive my Military Stipend on 12/27/2018. However, due to the Christmas holiday and the Government shutdown, it was put on hold. Then, the Government shutdown was lifted for 3 weeks in January of 2019, but my stipend was never released. After multiple emails and phone calls, I was told that Argosy had implemented a new program and there are issues with it. Now my January Military Stipend is held up as well; that's 2 months of my Military Stipends being with held. All I get now is a run around when I try to get an answer as to when I will receive my Stipends! After more phone calls, I am now told by Argosy, "We apologize, we are working on it, we are not sure at this time when students will receive their Stipends".

The Argosy Atlanta campus is a joke. The financial aide office is a joke. They do not post your money in a timely manner. The instructors are jokes. They never return calls. After reading the the reviews I question their accreditation. I question their customer service...

I totally agree with everything you said about Shemeka Sanders. Candace and Katrina are great but everything else about the school scares me.

I was never told that my program was not accredited, so I'm totally disappointed. I don't know what to do, because I've spent so much money for my education.

Argosy University is a BIG SCAM

I tried to contact them about a loan that never existed, they took a Federal loan on my behalf and I asked them to return it, once I learned about this unethical so called University, after I took a first term with 2 classes, which one I got an F because they failed to help me using their system online, and I was uploading the homework late because they will take days to respond, then they forced me to take a Math class I had already taken at my community College, I was supposed to take only Psychology since they had received all my transcripts and I was admitted to get a Bachelor's in Psychology, once I learned it wasn't accredited, I instructed to return the money they had already taken for the next semester $6,000 They told me they did, and now Navient is showing I owe $2320 unsubsidized for a loan I never took or classes I never took, and Argosy didn't return all the money. They kept $2320 and now they are making me responsible for payment.

I know exactly what you mean My loans and grants total 80.000 my tuition is 64.000 and some how i owe them 1.086.00 they are calling sending bills i am trying to find an Attorney because that is theft.

I have not spoken to anyone at Argosy but now I am receiving more calls about the money they claim i owe them, I am receiving bills in the mail, and now i am receiving notices from the fed loan people who gave the money to the college and they did not use the money for...
